Clallam Conservation District, Education and Volunteerism

February 19, 2016

Our Certified Arborists, Restoration Practitioners and biologists are active in our community. We volunteer at the Clallam Conservation District’s yearly plant sale to assist the public in plant decision making and employing the urban forestry adage “Right Plant in the Right Place”. You might catch us educating people about pruning fruit trees at local nursery spring sales.

We have provided educational services and volunteered with the Master Gardeners, different Conservation Districts, Peninsula College in Port Angeles, Olympic College in Poulsbo, the New Dungeness Nursery in Sequim, and more.

Thank you so much for all your help on plant sale pick-up day. We were so relieved to have you guys there… I look forward to more of your restoration projects and can’t wait to do a future workshop there.
